Take the Culver CityBus Customer Experience Survey!

The Culver City Transportation Department wants to hear from you! We are inviting all community members to take our Customer Experience Survey and share your thoughts. Your input will provide valuable information that will inform future service improvements.

This survey is a key part of evaluating our Transit Ambassador Pilot Program, which launched in November 2024. The program places Ambassadors on buses, bus stops, and transit centers to assist passengers, offer resources and overall support a welcoming and safe transit environment for both riders and bus operators.

As part of the ongoing evaluation of this program, the Transportation Department is periodically measuring the community’s perception of safety and service quality throughout the pilot. We encourage all riders, whether daily commuters or occasional users, to participate in this short survey.
