Culver CityBus has an affordable fare to get you where you want to go!

Prior to boarding a Culver CityBus, please have the exact fare ready. Culver CityBus fareboxes accept dollar bills and coins (fareboxes Do Not accept pennies); however, they DO NOT make change, and bus operators DO NOT carry change.

Student (K-12): $0.75
Senior (62+ years): $0.35
Disabled: $0.35
Medicare Card Holder: $0.35
Blind: Free


High school students 
may be required to show a valid student ID or Student TAP card as proof of age.

For a senior discounted fare (62 and over), please show a valid driver’s license, DMV ID, or a senior TAP card.

For a disabled discounted fare, please show a valid disabled TAP card, DMV placard/receipt, or a LACTOA ID.

Medicare recipients must show a valid Medicare ID. 

Culver CityBus accepts the Transit Access Pass (TAP)

TAP is a convenient way to pay your fare. It’s a durable plastic card with an electronic chip inside that you can use again and again. In order for the card to be valid on Culver CityBus, you must load it with stored value. Your TAP card will automatically remember your account balance and can be reloaded by visiting us at Culver City City Hall, the Transportation Department Facilities or by going to Transit Access Pass (TAP) website.
