Culver CityBus is seeking Public comment on its 2023-2025 DBE Goal. In accordance with Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, recipients of U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) funds are required to establish Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs. Title 49 CFR Part §26.45 requires the recipients of federal funds, including Culver CityBus (CCB), to set an overall goal for DBE Participation in USDOT assisted contracts. As part of the goal-setting process, Culver City Municipal Bus Lines announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 14.19% for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2023, 2024, and 2025.
